www.liveleak.com/view?i=b0b_1230296693The article is really badly translated Russian. Jim do you speak Ru well enough to tell us what they are saying in the clip? Sharpen your lobo's boys and girls!

WTF!
It said they ran away though, which is more of a good sign than a bad sign.
But still....WTF
WTF is a lobo anyway?
WTF!

Short for "lobotomizer" O buddy you've got to real World War Z. It's practically the bible for people who dig zombies. I've given this some thought and my ideal zombie weapon would be a nice shovel - sharpened point, longer than arms reach, hardened fiberglass stock with a handle grip at the end. So now that the zombie apocalypse is official, what kinda weapon are you gonna rock?

So now that the zombie apocalypse is official, what kinda weapon are you gonna rock? Karmas for getting the lobo ref. I have a nice 1939 Soviet issue entrenching tool that will surely see a lot of action in the next 28 days/weeks/months. Also the long handled small bladed walking axe form the carpathian region...here is a clip of me playing with both.

Hell yah planning is everything. And it doesn't take a zombie apocalypse for people to freak out and start acting like crazy mobs. All it takes is an economic collapse, global pandemic, or a sporting event. I was checkin out this survival website and people there are practicing living in the wild and stuff. Pretty intense. I'll stick to my PS3 and urbandead for now though ;D

damn Kormosh you're good. well my prefered melee zombie killing weapons are my machette (a real good one not one of those crappy ones you can get from wal-mart) and my single bladed axe with a good fiberglass handle. while my ranged zombie killing weapons is my SKS and 40 cal pistol.

I would create zombie proof armour an aluminium alloy as the shell which is attack to a kevlar weave matteral, the alloy goes arond all the poitn which zombies normal go for such as the neck, ankles, wrists and arms, but leaving the joints free for movement and speed, and for traditional purposes a basball bat, but also made out of metal,

omg it would be sooo difficult to make zombie armor. Maybe something you could wear for a swift incursion but imagine trying to travel with that thing on. Talk about chaffing. But I do love the idea of zombzorz armor. DarkSoulEdge - hey your axe, is that like a hatchet? Cuz that would be an awesome melee sidearm zombie weapon. A lot of those things come with a sheath that can attach to a tool belt or something so it's easy to cary and easy to get to. I'm gonna go ahead and put that on my list as a secondary melee weapon. It might be tough to get to a shovel strapped to your backpack, and you don't necessarily want to open fire on a zombie within close range and risk making alot of noise. O man I love talking about zombie weapons. I could ramble a bunch on this but I'll give someone else a chance to respond before sharing some other thoughts. Tee hee!

read the zombie survival guide , best and truthful book ever also this wouldent surprise me theyre developing diseases that could be used in war some of the diseases have already spreaded (just normal sickness not zombie) theyve had several incidents of zombies but the goverment covers it up fast and tells people it was just a incident or ritual or what ever they come up with
russia has had the most reported zombie incidents in any country
also if i ( a 15 year old) world wide pandemic happen of a zmbie virus id more than likely survive also id use a mechete , doesent require bullets , silent and can help out tip: never use fire nothign worse than a flaming zombie coming at you

with the zomb armour it would'nt be a full suit, just over the most bittin areas and it would be over a thick matterial like leather so there would be no chaffing, while adding extra protection for the joints which would'nt be covered. and the metal dont have to be that thick teath are to blunt to pentrate the metal they could dent it but i doubt they could bite through, but it would get hot and smelly transport a car with air conditioning but low to the ground so it cant be pushed over be a impending zombo horde and with a good mile per gallon like a small hatch back, like an old mini can fit in small places as well

I'm all about lighting zombies on fire.
Not when they're standing right next to you, of course. But from a distance, maybe lobbing a molotov into a group from a rooftop or some such mayhem.
Fire burns everything, including brains.
There's a pretty groovy site called ww2.zombieinitiative.org where they discuss the finer points of fire, ice, machetes, etc. It's quite a bit of fun really. It's how I found out about urban dead.
